My husband and I stayed here with our 17 year old son and 15 year old daughter for two nights. It was the perfect alternative to a hotel for our family. It was clean and comfortable and we could easily access downtown Portland. The owners were easy and pleasant to communicate with. We couldn’t get the tv to work and they even came to the property to fix the situation. Great place and we would gladly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at 3 Ocean Breeze in York Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Long Sands and the bath house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the kitchen has all the essentials, including two coffeemakers. The bath is stocked with mini toiletries, and clean linens, bath towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella are provided. Each unit has its own gas grill. Matt was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this property. We look forward to returning. Thank you, Matt.

What a great condo! Very convenient location, plenty of free parking nearby (plus you can park one car in designated parking lot in a shade), walkable to a gazillion restaurants and pubs. So many things to do and explore nearby – host is knowledgeable and offered us good recommendations.   Condo is 1 block away from a marina where you can get a private boat to take you to islands, which we did with our bikes and I highly recommend this as one of the activities.     Condo itself is ready for fun – neat and clean, highly practical for both relaxed stays and to work remotely; I did work remotely from there for few days: reliable and fast internet, and your “home office” offers prime water views with boats coming in and out of the port. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect setup for our group, including the twin trundle bed for the two kids. Location was steps off of the 1 bus which we rode a few times and an easy walk to downtown. It is also very conveniently located across the street from the Portland Co-op and Walgreens. Isabella and Tyler were great hosts and quick to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was the perfect size for my family of 4 and our small dog. We really enjoyed the open kitchen and living room set up. We brought a few devices connected to their wifi, and it was just great. No lag at all. The location perfect! It was a 10 minute walk to Long Sands beach (our preferred side) and I can’t say enough about how easy it was to get there. Totally worth it!

Steve’s place was very close to the beach and short direct walk to the pier. Finding the place and check-in was very easy, Steve was very attentive throughout the whole stay. We had a great time and would book again if back in the area.

This was a fantastic stay for our girls weekend getaway! From s’mores by the fire, to sitting outside watching the sunrise, to a sauna trip and exploring Acadia, this had everything! We will definitely be coming back again.

This was a great place to stay. It was peaceful and private. The hosts were very accommodating and great at communicating. I would recommend this as a place to stay. We were thankful to have a few dishes available as well as a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The hosts were kind to leave a few snacks in the room which definitely hit the spot when we got there!

We booked Steve’s place at the last minute and Steve was very responsive and accommodating. The home is perfectly located in Old Orchard Beach with the beach being walkable as well as so many restaurants and the pier. Large, warm and comfortable home. I would highly recommend it for large or small groups.

The apartment was very clean and really easy to locate. The area is very quiet with a park nearby. Our group of four felt very comfortable in the space as the ceilings were high and the bedrooms were large! The deck was a nice place to sunbathe on overlooking the park. The location was super convenient to the places we were going to, also a quick 20 minute drive into Portland if we wanted to go there as well. I would highly recommend as the hosts were really communicative and accommodated our needs and I would stay there again in the near future!

This place is so close to all there is to do in coastal Maine. Very easy to find with the directions. The place was spotless and well taken care of. We loved sitting outside in the morning with our coffee that they supplied. The train actually came by a couple times and was fun to watch. The fire pit area was nice but we ran out of time to be able to use it. The walk to the beach was easy and the trails at the park were handicap accessible so it is easy walking. It was beautiful down there. The host was great and got back to me with questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely put it into my favorites for a return visit. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the pup.
